  1. Leather is cut by handGenuine cow leather, or suede for suede styles, cut to the pattern of each style.
  2. The upper is stitched by handIncluding the rows of stitching that give a Takidar its look.
  3. The sole goes onTyre, double tyre, Vibram or the thin GoGo sole, depending on the style.
  4. Checked and sentEach pair is checked in the workshop and sent free to your city.

How do I find my size?

Stand on paper, mark your heel and longest toe, and measure the gap in centimetres. Use the size finder above. Zalmi chappals come in UK 6 to 12; 13, 14 and custom sizes are made to order. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one, or send your foot length on WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take?

Free delivery to every city in Pakistan in 3 to 7 working days. You pay cash on delivery when the parcel reaches you. Before Eid, order early so your pair arrives in time.

Can I return or exchange a pair?

Yes. You get a 7 day refund or replacement on unused pairs in original packaging. Read the full return and refund policy.

Is there a warranty?

Every chappal has a 6 month quality warranty on every chappal covering quality. We also resole pairs when the sole wears out. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange either.

How do I know the leather is real?

Our chappals use genuine cow leather, or suede on suede styles. Real leather shows an uneven natural grain, a fibrous cut edge and a leather smell, while synthetic leather has a printed, repeating pattern and a smooth plastic edge. You can check the pair at delivery and use the 7 day refund or replacement if you are not happy.

Is a Peshawari chappal formal enough for a wedding?

Yes, with a kurta pajama, waistcoat or sherwani style outfit. Choose a polished black Smart Zalmi or a Takidar with detailed stitching. See what to wear with a Peshawari chappal.

Is Zalmi linked to Peshawar Zalmi?

No. Zalmi is an independent chappal maker and store. The name is the Pashto word for youth, which is also the name of the Smart Zalmi chappal style.
